How long is the course?
The
course is 440 clock hours, which comes to
approximately 26 weeks or 6 months.

What time are the classes offered?
Morning
classes are held from 8am - 12noon, Monday
thru
Thursday
Evening
classes are held from 6pm - 10pm, Monday thru
Thursday
Fridays
are "open schedule" and can be used
to make up missed days or for extra tutoring
and lab time

What will I get when I graduate from ATI?
Upon
graduation, you will receive a certificate of
completion in HVAC/R Technology.
During
the course you will also be testing for the
EPA, electrical, air conditioning and gas heat
certifications. Therefore, with a
passing grade in each of those areas, you
could leave our program with four
nationally recognized certifications as well.
And
finally, we will provide you with a
professional starter tool set that includes
everything you need to walk out of school and
into your new career.

Do you accept GI Bill/VA Benefits?
Yes,
we do. Our admissions counselor is
available to assist with filing the
appropriate paperwork and ensuring that you
are properly processed for those benefits.

Do I need a high school diploma or GED to
attend ATI?
We
do not require that you possess either a high
school diploma or a GED. Our program is
available to anyone who wants to apply
themselves and work toward a prosperous
future.
6.
What kind of job can I expect to get after I
graduate?
That
depends upon your career goals. You can
become an HVAC/R Technician, a Facility
Maintenance Specialist, Installations or even
Sales. Any and all opportunities will be
available.

Do you offer financial aid?
We
do have a student loan program available to
all who attend our school. There are
several options available. Please
schedule an appointment with our admissions
counselor for further information.

Am I eligible for financial aid and should I
even apply?
Most
people can qualify for some form of financial
aid, therefore you should definitely
apply. If you should discover that this
is not an option for you, our admissions
counselor will be happy to advise you as to
your options within our student loan program.

How often do classes start?
A
new class begins approximately every ten weeks
throughout the year.
10.
How much does the program cost?
Tuition
and actual out-of-pocket costs may be
different depending upon your financial aid
eligibility. Some of our past graduates have
expressed that with the increased earnings
that they have received once you begin your
new career, tuition really should be seen as
an investment instead of a cost.

Do you offer job placement assistance?
Yes,
we do. As a graduate in good standing,
you will have access to our career services
any time they are needed, for as long as they
are needed.

Can I get a job while I am still in school?
Yes,
many of our students work while in
school. We can assist you with job
placement at any point in the training
program.

Can I get additional tutoring even after I've
been out of school for a while?
Yes,
our past graduates are welcome to attend any
class covering an area in which they feel they
need further education as long as there is an
seat available.

Is there hands on training available?
Yes,
approximately half of our course is conducted
in the lab providing extensive hands on
activities.
