Financial Aid
Advanced Training Institute has a Financial Aid Department, which will help a student determine eligibility for available programs. A student’s eligibility for assistance is evaluated and determined on an individual basis, on a private and impartial basis. Financial Aid program guidelines are set by the United States Department of Education. Financial aid programs include the following:
-Federal Pell Grants This is a “grant” from the Federal Government that does not need to be repaid. Eligibility for this grant is determined by the student’s “financial need.”
-Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG) Another type of grant that does not need to be repaid. The amount of this grant is also determined by the student’s “financial need.”
-Direct Loans, Perkins or FFEL Loans are made available to students. Some loans are administered directly by the United States Department of Education. All loans need to be repaid after graduation. There are also a variety of grace periods depending on loan type.
-Tuition Payments to the College or Private Educational Loan Payments made directly to ATI may be interest free. Loans made through a private financing company carry a very low interest rate. Your eligibility for this type of loan or payment arrangement will be determined on an individual basis.
